Doctor was amazing and so sweet, but wait time was long and I waited longer than people who came in after me. Did not like that you have to pay extra for blood work in the office (normally this is done without cost and billed to the insurance). However they get back to you quickly with results, but wish they had an online portal so you can keep track of results.

Dr. Alvarez was great. Going to the gyno is never fun but she made the entire process easy and efficient. Note, when I arrived, they had no record of my appointment and asked if I had done it online so recommend you call and check. They were able to accomodate me but I did have a significant wait.
