She then went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. During her time in residency, she received nomination and was accepted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, which is composed of individuals dedicated to ensuring compassionate patient centered care and support within their community. She also received an honored spot in Kudos Corner a local Detroit community hospital paper which acknowledges individuals that provide excellent patient care and communication. She also received an Excellence in Teaching Award. Since moving to Miami and joining West Kendall Ob Gyn, she has enjoyed greatly working with the women of all ages who come to the practice seeking care and services. Her goal is to ensure her patient’s feel supported and educated in their health and healthcare choices.
