Dr. Jessica Armstrong joins Toyos Clinic in Memphis. Dr. Armstrong received her Bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Biological Sciences. She received her Doctorate of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry (SCO) in Memphis, Tennessee where she graduated with honors. Dr. Armstrong was the recipient of the Outstanding Clinician Award 2011 and Clinical Science Award 2009 at SCO. She completed a one year eye disease fellowship. Dr. Armstrong is dedicated to bringing eye care to the uninsured through the Eye Care America Project. She has a special interest in Glaucoma and Diabetic Eye Disease. She will be one of the lead investigators in the Toyos Clinic Glaucoma Study.
