I enjoyed my visit, it was refreshing. Dr. Jessica was very personable. I felt comfortable talking to her.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Brown. I usually see Dr. Nangrani, but she was on maternity leave. Dr. Brown was very attentive, patient and thorough during my exam. I did not feel rushed on any way. Would recommend & suggest her to others.
Dr. Brown was really friendly and welcoming and made the process as easy as possible!
Very professional and comfortable
This doctor was amazing answered all my questions, educated me on different topics, and made me feel like she generally care about my overall well being.
Dr.Jessica Brown Was Very Unprofessional And Extremely Insulting. I Came In For A Women’s Checkup And She Was More Interested In My Personal Business And Judging Me Rather Than Doing Her Job As An OBGYN . I’m 20 Years Old And Married . She Seemed Very Distraught By That . Regardless She Needs To Focus On Not Being So Judgmental And Focus On Being A OBGYN ;Not A Disrespectful Counselor. I Will Never Want To Be Seen By Dr. Jessica Brown Ever Again . I Would Not Recommend Her To Anyone .
I was not pleased with my visit. I was dealing with a painful issue and also was feeling emotional as any OBGYN problem can feel that way. I didn't feel like my concerns were valid or really heard by Dr. Brown. I tried to explain my issue but felt rushed when I was nearly cut off and the doctor went right into business. There were a couple times during my appointment where I even felt like there was a condescending tone as we were talking through certain protocols. At one point, I believe I heard the words "You should ask your parents" when I was unsure of how to respond to something. I'm sorry, but as a 24 year old woman, I took that as a major insult. Once our conversation ended, the doctor did not ask if I had any more questions and just told me my prescription would be ready soon. There was no formal "bye" or see you next time nor a thank you for coming in. I do not see myself making a follow-up appointment.
She is amazing! Very informative & made me very comfortable!
Great environment great staff
I enjoyed my visit to Dr. Brown's office today. This was the quickest appointment, being a new patient that I have ever experiences. Althought quick, it was not rushed by any means. She listened to me, asked questions and was very kind, professional and approachable. The entire office staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Very sweet and kind. It was a very informative visit as well.
Dr. Brown was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, energetic, upbeat, reassuring, optimistic, and just overall had great energy! Her bedside manner is IMPECCABLE. As much as i hate OBGYN visits, i'm actually looking forward to seeing her again! She's awesome. I was shopping around, but i'm definitely going to stick with her!
