I was seen as a first time patient and I can honestly say that Dr. Jessica Brown is in fact a great OB-gyn with great wanting to treat her patients very well and give them the very best care beyond compare. Very professional,honest, and was ready to give a answer to every question I had. Highly recommend her and her medical staff team. Took care of me and I was treated with great respect and care. Dr. Brown is amazing! She made me feel extremely comfortable on my first visit with her. She is very professional, provided me with a lot of information and had amazing bedside manner. The staff at the front desk did not give me the best first impression. When I walked in they stared at me and then continued their conversation before acknowledging me. At the end of appointment I was ignored until I asked them to please ask if I was done. But the doctor and nurse that helped me were great so my impression changed.
