The doctor herself was absolutely incredible and I will definitely be going back because of her.
However, I did get a call 30 minutes before my appointment telling me it was canceled and I told them it was emergency and needed to come in and they still took me which was good, but there was no remorse when they originally told me it was canceled. As I was sitting in the lobby, the front desk received so many calls of double booked appointments and other cancellations. It seemed like it was all an error on their end and nobody took responsibility. On top of that the nonstop complaints from the front desk every time a patient called. It made me so uncomfortable as if I was a burden to be there.
The doctor herself was absolutely fantastic and all of the other medical staff were great.

I’ve had to change OBGYNs often due to moving and Jessica has been my favorite provider so far. She listens to my concerns and offers multiple solutions trying to find what best will work for me.

Prior to my visit I was able to submit all of my information online instead of filling out paperwork at the office. Upon entering the office I was greeted by the staff who were very friendly, very courteous & thorough. I was called almost immediately, and once again greeted with a very pleasant smile as the nurse brought me into the room. After a few short moments Jessica walked in and introduced herself. Jessica was very friendly & very compassionate. I felt very relaxed and confident with Jessica. I truly enjoyed her bedside manner and knowledge. I would highly recommend Jessica!
