I think the doctor is great when she finally comes in but, my vitals were taken practically as soon as Igot into the office. However, I wasn’t taken to the back until an hour later. To make matters worse I sat there for another hour just for her to come and do an annual check up. She’s nice but, not worth a 2 hour wait and the hour of traffic I’ll be sitting in because this visit took forever!

She explained much more than any women's doctor I have been to. I am grateful to finally get some explainations andsomeone who has the patient's health in mind instead of convenience. The wait time was nonexistent.

I will never go back to this office again! I am expecting my first baby and Dr. Guerrero made me feel like I made a mistake even getting pregnant! She do not inform me of do’s and donts! When the visitwas over she was like oh congratulations! Such a waste of time!

I used to be Dr. Carcamo's patient a long time ago. She delivered my children, and she was great. However, it was getting harder to get an appointment with her, and the wait was long. I've decided to change and foundDr. Guerrero. It has been great! It is easy to get an appointment with her, maybe 15-minute wait, and she usually answers all my questions. I don't rate anybody excellent because perfection doesn't exist.

Rude and Brash. Also , I just didn't vibe with her or the staff or the Institue itself. I gave the Institute of women's health a few chances, and I just don't see any their doctors caring for me or deliveringmy baby. I don't mean to sound mean but it is true.

I picked this place because I believed it would be comfortable/inviting/compassionate for women; it was not. Cold environment didn't help with the type of visit, nor did the fact that two others were brought into the room without introductionor permission. Patient care and treatment during routine procedures can me made better.

Dr. Guerrero was ok. She left me with some questions that she said she would give me reading material but failed to do so and then her assistant came in and told me where to check out so fast that Iforgot. I did spend more time with her assistant who that the doctor. Her assistant asked a lot of relevant questions but not the doctor she did ask me about a type of mutated cancer that may or may not run in my family but failed to give me the reading material on it. Now the front desk attendant wouldn't even make eye contact with me and acted like I was bothering her. She was short with me and not even personable with me. She didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me a Chubby lady who gave me paperwork to fill out. I stood there for about a long minute before she even acknowledged me. I was not impressed with my experience. I might look for somewhere else to go to next time i'm due for a check up

Awful! I checked in and the front office attendant didn't have my paperwork so she said she would print it and call me back up. 20mins later, I had to go up to the desk to ask her if it wasready and then and only then did she get on printing it. LAME! That meant I wasn't put in the queue for 20 MINUTES due to her. Plus, at one point she was just chit chatting with a co-worker. Secondly, when taking my vitals and weight, I had to go to a bathroom to take my weight???? They were all full so I had to STAND OUTSIDE OF THE BATHROOM WITH THE NURSE AND WAIT. REALLY??? LAME! Then the girl who came out of the bathroom said the bin to leave urine samples in was full already so she had to leave it on the floor. GROSS! The doctor was blah and disengaged. She looked tired and not put together. She gave wishy washy information. All together it was an awful experience.

I was afraid from this appt due to reading other's opinion about the doctor. The doctor and the stuff were very very helpful. I did not wait, I entered right away. the doctor treated me very professional. she explained every thingto me because English is my second language and I am not familiar with medical language. She was a great doc.

I was very unhappy with this visit and will be finding a different OB. She didn't even confirm my pregnancy!! I wasn't told kids weren't allowed there or even in the waiting room when I specifically told them I had achild. I also wasn't told that I had to schedule a separate appointment to even get an ultrasound when I am high risk for miscarriage and told them on the phone that is what I am most concerned about. Basically I spent money to be told to exercise and eat right. Even my concerns werent addressed when I asked them! It was all basically, "Well, I don't know but we will know more in future appointments." No blood draw, nothing. I was shocked. I have already have a child so I know how this should work. Completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had a hard time finding the doctor office. I had to circle around the medical facility twice before I found the doctors office. Then, I had to park in the garage, where I had to park up three stories. Icalled the dr. office while I was looking for a parking space and the office staff told me they would let the doctor know I was running late, but I was on my way. When I reached the receptionist desk, I was told they ran a busy practice and I was told that the doctor would decide if she would see me. I complained about the difficulty in finding the office and that I had called before reaching the receptionist desk and I was asked if I wanted to speak to the office manager. I at that time decided, this was a very bad experience and that I would not go back.

My insurance covers 100% of the annual physical however I had to pay a co-pay for just asking a question the provider didn't have to go out of her way to check my concern since she was already doing my Papsmear and a treatment was not necessary. The staff in the front office seemed unhappy and bothered to be there, the nurse that took my vitals was nice and friendly, the clinic seemed clean, the wait time to be seen was 40 to 50 min long and the examination was about 10 minutes long. Hope this helps.

I cried after I left the patient room. I was extremely upset by her bedside manner. I was forced to see this Dr. since Dr. Cornforth was out on an emergency. I absolutely regret seeing her and will never ever seeher again. She didn't shake my hand upon entering the room, she checked the babie's heart beat and then decided to lecture me about my missed appointment. I missed 1 appointment and 1 sonogram for family matters and for the lack of transportation. She then demanded to know WHY I did not make it. So there I was like a child having to explain to someone that is almost my age why my car was vandilized, my family lives too far to help me, my husband has a 2 seater sports car, and I have two other children that set me a little behind as well. All of this and she did not empathize, apologize, but instead said, " That is NOT good, that should NOT happen again." I was utterly shocked at the fact that a stranger was making the assumption that I'm a bad mother, that i do not care about my baby. Also, I am on anti depressants so if she bothered to look at my chart, I am a little sensitive, I have had two other children before, I have never missed any appointments, and I am not a little teenager that is being negligen (I am 29 years old). This was all in a span of about 5 minutes after I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. She advised that I would be getting the whooping cough shot and left the room without even a good bye, have good day. I advised the medical assistant that I changed my mind about the shot (since I remembered I had one last year and they are good for 10 years), she left to tell the dr. Low and behold, Dr. Guerrero knocks and outright says, "Okay, so why don't you want the shot?" I said I'd like to discuss it with my husband and she insisted that I get it. I had to tell her no again and she seemed annoyed with me, told me my chart is outside the door and I can go check out when I was ready. My normal doctor, Dr. Cornforth always hands me my chart, says see you next time, and smiles. Dr. Guerrero did not smile once. She was the worst doctor and I wlll tell every pregnant woman I know to never see her.

The staff is highly professional and thoughtful. When we lost our baby 2 years ago the staff offered us kindness, empathy, and then when we were ready they consulted with us about the future. We are happy to be back withthem and are hopeful that they will be with us through the delivery and beyond. We are glad to be working with them again.
