Jessica is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of healthcare experience and has additional specialty training in integrative medicine and weight management. She received her Master's degree, with honors, in 2009 from Graceland University and her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida State University in 2002. In addition, Jessica has honorably served in the US Navy as a Nurse Corps officer in which she completed two deployment tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She also has experience in women's health issues, acute/hospital care and chronic disease management. She is personable, approachable and very passionate about providing holistic, thorough health care for all.
By design, Nurse Practitioners are Holistic Healthcare providers who understand that achieving optimal health goes beyond just prescribing medicine. Jessica is no different. She believes that traditional medicine should be used responsibly, only when necessary, to augment our innate healing ability.

I liked the provider enough herself, but the office is definitely pretty transparently focused on making a profit rather than ensuring the patients are in good health. There are ads everywhere for products and injections you can buy for weight loss. I had to get a simple test done (that every medical provider I've ever had has given me the results to over the phone), and she says that her office makes you have an in-person appointment to get the results. So I'm going to have to return, wait another 30+ minutes just to have her see me for less than 5 minutes, and give me a test result so she can bill me and my insurance for the visit. I'm not sure if I will even return or just waste the time and money I spent on the first visit and see a new provider to get the test done over completely from someone who will just call me with the result

Jessica Hardy, NP always makes me feel comfortable at my appointments- no matter what the appointment entails (getting blood drawn, pap smear, normal physical, etc.). She walks you through any procedure she does so that you know what's happening/why.

Very personable. I debated using an NP vs an MD for primary care. But she reaffirmed the truly comprehensive, holistic nature of an NP. I would self-select to see a specialist for more complex medical needs - even if I was seeing a physician. So I think I got the best of both worlds with her.

Horrible experience! They didn't get my insurance correct and it has been a nightmare to work through after numberous times contacting them. They tried charging me a lot of money for a visit that should have been no charge and only because they had me done for Aetna insurance when I have BLBS. They had a copy of my card so I don't know why it was such a problem. Also they had me booked for the wrong exam and had to correct them in the exam room.

She was very friendly but professional at the same time. I've been going for the B12 injections and they have been working like a bomb giving me all the energy I need!! I also went for the chemical peel and that worked like a bomb too! I recommend Jessica Hardy to everyone looking for a nurse practitioner :)

Jessica was fine, but my experience with the practice was the worst I've ever had. About 2 weeks after my appointment I got an urgent voicemail that the NP needed to speak to me about my results. I can't make another appointment and the office refused to even confirm if something was wrong and if I truly needed another visit. I'm do disappointed, upset, and scared. Now I'm waiting on test results in the mail after playing phone tag with the office all day. What an absolutely awful and now frightening experience. Don't leave "urgent" messages for patients and then refuse to disclose if there is a true need for concern!
