“This was done online during COVID. I liked her, she got everything I wanted to go over with her, the only thing was that she actually forgot to send in the prescriptions for me. Surprisingly though, I called around 8pm on a Friday (expecting to have to leave a voicemail and wait until Monday to have her even receive it or to send in the scripts she had forgotten) but she answered the phone herself and apologized and sent in the scripts right then and there! So, luckily, my prescriptions were forgotten all day yet did get sent in before the pharmacy closed so it was filled and picked up the next day. The only other thing I’d say is that it sort of felt sometimes like I was sort of unsure sometimes if she was fully getting all the tests I was asking for to be done as well as if she’d get all my scripts and blood tests done that I was asking for but she did end up getting them all correct. I felt like I needed to ask a few times over whether she was 100% following all I was asking for and wanting and then felt like she was a little impatient and maybe frustrated with me repeating things but in the end, things went fine.”

My visit was great. I was really happy that they were able to accomodate for my covid test last minute. The reciptionist was very welcoming and Dr. Ojha was very friendly and proffessional. I plan to switching to this practice for my Primary care needs.
