Dr. Hone was great. Great bedside manner. Didn't feel rushed during the appointment and she is easy to discuss matters with. She made me feel very comfortable during the appointment and I am very happy with my decision to go to her. I already recommended her.
The receptionist - I did not get her name, but she said she was a "float" did not leave a good first impression. Full of sighs, comments, and complaints about me using Zocdoc to schedule the appointment. I felt like I was a burden to her. Every time she discussed my copay or my insurance, she whispered I was in a high deductible plan with her hands around her mouth like it was embarrassing to be in that type of plan.
I was early for my appointment and it seemed like she took forever checking me in because I used Zocdoc which pushed my appointment time back almost an hour.
