Jessica Keller is a warm and experienced OB-GYN caring for the Mt. Pleasant, SC community. She is originally from Louisville, KY. Dr. Keller attended Indiana University Southeast, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She then pursued her medical degree at the University of Pikeville. Dr. Keller completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at East Tennessee State University. Upon completion of residency, she practiced in Aiken, SC for 3 years.
Dr. Keller is a part of East Cooper OBGYN. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologist. She provides a full range of obstetrical and gynecological services. Her areas of interest are adolescent gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Dr. Keller sees patients for pap smear/ annual GYN exams, as well as other common and specialized reasons.
When not treating patients, Dr. Keller enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and cooking. Dr. Keller is uncompromising in her dedication to the well-being of her patients. She is committed to giving the best care and establishing long-lasting relationships with them.

While she seems very knowledgeable, I unfortunately didn't receive very much help from her regarding the 3 issues I wanted to address. She submitted tests from my annual exam, but didn't provide much feedback otherwise. When I tried to ask again what I should be doing for my issues in the meantime, she gave me no recommendations. I even brought up things I've read that could help and she dismissed them without providing any alternative ideas. She just told me to come back in when my symptoms were worse.
Overall, she seemed rather uninterested in the whole appointment and didn't provide any solutions much to my disappointment. I did however love the office, staff at the front desk and her assistant.

It was my first time here and it was the best experience I ever had a gynecologist office. I felt so comfortable. The doctor was so nice and caring. She was so easy to have a private conservation with.

My visit was good, Dr. Keller just kind of seemed to rush me in and out. I came to find out more information about changing birth-controls and it almost seemed as if she assumed I knew everything there was to know! I am continuing research on my own!
