Excellent all around - Jessica immediately noticed what might be my problem. I had gone to another clinic close to you. They ran an EKG - cover themselves i think plus took an hour asking questions about everything. I came out of there with nothing done. You people and Jessica were so much better. Thank you for your professionalism!

This was my first physical since my 'graduation' from my pediatrician, and finding the right doctor was something I worried about. My husband highly recommended Jessica to me, and I'm very glad I took his advice!
Jessica is very kind, cheerful, and easy to get along with. I felt very comfortable with her, and when I brought up some of my health concerns, she was very knowledgeable and quick to giving me solutions.
The wait time was very short, the receptionists were very warm and friendly, and the nurses that I interacted with were wonderful and made me feel comfortable.
I highly recommend Jessica and the rest of Amherst Family Medicine!

Every visit is a good visit regardless of way you come in. The staff is courteous & compassionate. For each appointment you get as much time with the provider as you need. The receptionist are always in an upbeat pleasant mood. The nursing staff is equally kind & pleasant. Every time I come in this visit included I know I'm being taken care of.
