Qualifications and Experience
Being a hands-on primary care physician is more what I am than what I do. I enjoy the diversity of challenges flowing from that undertaking. I think my patients would describe me as a cheerfully cynical Eagle Scout whose foremost values are independence, integrity and competence. In my leisure time, I enjoy a diversity of pursuits in order to remain a well-rounded human being.

Dr. Krasner is a great a doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable and will put your mind at ease. Wait time was minimal, I was able to get an appointment on Patriot's Day (nurses were available). I didn't have to get my blood taken from a needle, but through a finger prick (which was great because I'm not a fan of needles). My nurse was nice, and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time there. Dr. Krasner had me waiting all of a minute between when the nurse left, and he came in. Because it was a physical, and I was new, the Doctor went through all of my worries/questions, and I didn't feel rushed. I'm excited to be able to find a doctor that is in my network that is near by me (I live in Marlborough), and within my health network!
Very attentive and was concerned about my problems.
He is the best DR.
I already feel better.
As someone who has been working with medical software, doctors, and their staff for the last ~10 years, I very much appreciate the approach that Dr. Krasner takes with me as a patient. I'm able to communicate my concerns about different parts of my health/body and get his honest feedback about what it will take to improve in those areas. He treats me as another human with flaws and helps me find which things to focus on resolving with appropriate order and priority. I've seen a lot of doctors due to some major injuries, but none have provided the down to earth demeanor and true caring that Dr. Krasner does.
He it great DR.
Very efficient. Blood work was done in the office and given to be right away. Dr. Krasner was polite and made sure my questions were answered.
Outstanding medical care and excellent staff.
Wonderful office staff. Very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The doctor was great. Calm, collected, and intelligent. He was patient and took the time to understand any and all issues.
Brief and professional. Just a check up but easy enough
Tuesday I was looking to find a doctor and make an appointment. By Thursday I had made an appt, been seen and treated by Dr Krasner. Great experience - highly recommended!
Everyone in the office, from the office administrator to the nurses, the PA to Dr. Krasner were warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable during my visit and was treated personably yet professionally. Cheers!
As a new patient he should have taken more time to get to know the person and his history. Failed to address one issues to the depth it should have been.
Purpose met. He was attentive to my situation and prescribed inline with it. Very saticified.
great! glad i switched
Overall the experience was very good, but Dr. Krasner is very misinformed about the HPV vaccine. The CDC says the HPV vaccine can be given to males up to the age of 26, especially those who haven't had prior sexual contact, and unfortunately he brushed off the idea of men getting the vaccine. I suggest he read the latest literature on the subject before so casually dismissing it.
Could spend a little more time with the patient. Felt a little rushed but, overall, a very nice and professional doctor.
Had an excellent experience with Dr. Krasner. He's a very knowledgeable physician who does his best to address any and all of your concerns. Everyone in his office are also the most courteous and nicest people you'll ever meet.
Dr. Krasner was great in listening to my concerns and providing options based on what I told him. I've had doctors in the past that have pushed their opinions, leaving no room for questions. Dr. Krasner was patient and listened to my questions and provided more information each time.
On my first visit I was waiting (a few seconds) to check in and the receptionist was chatting with a client. She asked the client if she could be excused to check in this new patient. The client turned to me and said "you are new here...you will LOVE it!, everyone is so nice and professional". So from the moment I walked in the door I knew I was going to be well taken care of. A few days later I had to come in to have my Tb skin test read. I was waiting (again, maybe a minute or two) since I didn't have an appointment. A client came in and went to check in. Upon checking in the client told the receptionist "I just want to thank you for what you've done for me. If it weren't for you, Dr. Krasner and the nurses I probably wouldn't be here today...seriously....THANK YOU!". All I have to say is WOW! My first two times here and this is the feed back you hear. How often to see or hear that at a doctors office!!!
Had a great experience. I plan to go back.
Dr. Krasner is attentive and nice to his patient
Saw me very quickly, diagnosed my problem very quickly, gave me medication I needed right away. Very nice guy, great office staff. One small thing is that he didn't make much eye contact. He may have a condition and, if so, I feel badly even posting this. All around the experience was excellent.
I have seen this doctor for 20 years. I no longer leave in the area and I drive in from Cambridge because he is so skilled in his craft.
Dr. Krasner and his staff are consummate, caring professionals. From the young woman that took my blood pressure to the receptionist who really seems to be glad you've come in to attend to your health.
I have been seeing Dr. Krasner for about 10 years now. Always very knowledgeable. He takes the time with his patients to listen to them and diagnose properly.
Been seeing Dr. Krasner for about 15 years now and would recommend to anyone seeking a PCP.
Friendly consult all went as you would expect
Very knowledgeable and logical. Really listened. Highly recommend!
