Mrs Tupa was awesome She was incredibly patient, and kind. Ive always felt so overwhelmed with nutrition info, and she took the extra time to walk me through meal planning and helped me understand what having a better relationship with food looks like. I think it’s common for people to feel guilty for not following a strict diet, but with Mrs Tupa you understand it’s about following a diet but ENJOYING IT too!
