Love Dr Cheung! I had a problem and it was on a Sunday. I was able to call the office and the after hours operator was able to contact Dr Cheung who then called me back immediately. Sometimes she talks really fast and it's hard to understand the directions but you can always ask for clarification. She never makes me feel rushed in my appointments!

It was a disappointment for me. This doctor acted more like a sales than a dermatologist.
Though I can tell that she's very knowledgeable in her practice field, she's just not a very good listener overall. During the appointment, I felt like she was so much in a rush, which didn't make me feel comfortable to talk with her. However once again, she's very knowledgeble though so I would trust in her professionalism.

Dr. Cheung's office is beautiful, professional, and provides quality care. Even after just one consultation and office visit, I am sure I will be back again! Dr. Cheung is knowledgeable, personable and efficient, and offers a wide array of dermatological treatments. I highly recommend this practice and am happy to have found a superior dermatologist so close to home!

Very friendly office staff. Doctor was very thorough and friendly. Able to rebook for a quick surgery within a week. Office itself is spa-fancy, feels like Michigan Ave. Clearly from the waiting room product displays and televised ads for Botox etc, her practice is concentrated in cosmetic dermatology, so I was ready to hear a pitch for elective procedures. None came. She stuck to the reason for my visit and it was an altogether perfect appointment.

Dr. Cheung was great, took the time to listen and answer my questions. She started me on an acne regimen right away. My only 'complaint' was that she went through the different medicines and how to use them, but it went a little too fast and over my head. I would have liked to walk out of there with a written document of when and how I should use the different products. Other than that, I am very pleased with her care. The office is a beautiful and welcoming space. I recommend her for people with skin issues (who have great insurance, of course!)

After two plus years of searching, I feel like I have finally found a professional who will treat my hair loss successfully. Dr. Cheung has the knowledge and experience to address this issue that I have been dealing with for a long time and I am relieved that hair loss will be less of an issue in the future. I also look forward to working with her on other treatments as well.
