About Dr. Rachel Bognet
Dr. Bognet's interest in dermatology was sparked by volunteering at a camp for children with serious skin conditions. With the help of a summer job at a dermatology office and Haitian medical missions during college, her passion for the field only grew. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University, followed by an internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She completed her residency in dermatology at Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University. As a formally trained dermatologist, she finds immense satisfaction in the immediacy of diagnosis and treatment she can offer her patients. Dr. Bognet makes a point to educate her patients about the risks and benefits of treatment, while reassuring them that most procedures are safe and quick. Ultimately, she aims to treat her patients like family.
