The staff was very nice and I was able to use the app after hours for the next morning. They sent me a check-in text prior to appointment that included all of my new patient paperwork. Dr. Naranjo was wonderful! He listened to my issues and helped to provide me with much needed referrals to specialists to continue my previous treatment after a gap in insurance coverage for a couple years. It was also convenient that I was able to do labs during appointment. His bedside manner was genuine and heartfelt. I am completely confident that I made an excellent choice for my new primary physician!!!

Dr. Naranjo took the time to ask me questions that no other doctors have asked me before during an annual check up, I'm glad he did, nowadays not everyone takes time to rigorously review your help.
Unfortunately, the nurse that takes the blood samples was not available that day so I had to come back a few days later, my appointment was close to lunch time, so I had to be fasting until noon and nurse left me a big bruise but other than that the appointment with Dr. Naranjo went well.

There was a mixup with the appointment day/time due to my son being a new patient (I am an existing patient) but they readily accommodated us on the day that we showed up. We also were not rushed as we needed to discuss his health history and get him established since at college and transferring to family practice from pediatrician.

Trying to establish a PCP but turned off every time...No complaints on office staff or waiting times. Main complaints: 0) Appointment was cancelled on Zocdoc the first time with no reason given. 1) MD did go through a lot of questions and material which is expected at a first visit. However, advice was given with no tact. Several items were mentioned but the typical patient would not remember them in a sea of questioning and no written reminders were given. Delivery was a standard MD directive rather than motivational. Few patients would make the changes recommended. 2) Standard travel prescriptions were requested and MD agreed after discussion on travel, stating to request them through patient portal. Then MD through portal requested a separate visit to request them and bill the insurance again. 3) Significant other also requested medications but was told to ask about it later at another appointment, another chance to milk the insurance.
