Jesus Valadez, MD, grew up in family of doctors. From a young age he envisioned he life path would follow the medical field as he both enjoyed helping people and the science behind medicine. He is a California native but spent considerable amount of time in Mexico while become fluent in Spanish. Dr. Valadez has enjoyed the diversity of his education in going from San Diego State University to Harvard Medical School in Boston and then Harbor- UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles for his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency. He and his wife, who is a medical school classmate, then moved back to New York City where he was in private faculty practice for Cornell Medical College in the Upper West Side. Dr. Valadez and his family eventually headed back home to California to practice medicine and raise their two children. Dr. Valadez enjoys formulating effective medical plans for his patients based on individual background and experience. He pursued his medical education at Harvard Medical School and has also gained knowledge and experience on several volunteer medical trips to Colombia, Mexico, Tanzania and Central America. He thrives on improving patient health by connecting with them through his diverse life experiences and enjoys enhancing their understanding of medical issues. “One thing wonderful thing about being an Internist is enjoying the combination of the diversity of the patient’s backgrounds and their medical issues while formulating an effective medical plan for the patient.” Dr. Valadez balances his work-life with his wife and two older teens while enjoying traveling, cooking soccer and boating.

MY VISIT WAS THE FIRST TO DR VALADEZ, I WANTED TO SEEK A GENERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTOR. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH DR VALADEZ AND I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE AS HIS PATIENT.
I found the facility to be state of the art and extremely clean. I was able to get admitted in a very timely manner. The staff was extremely friendly and I found Dr. Valadez to be very friendly, efficient and thorough.
I came in with flu like symptoms that were getting worse day by day. Just happened to be that day that was one of the worse days I've felt. Dr. Jesus Valadez was sympathetic how I was feeling. He was even able to make me laugh. I would definitely recommend Dr. Valadez.
