staff and doctor is very friendly and helpful, I only had a long wait because it was my first time there and I had some problems with my insurance but I would come back again. I like small offices such as this one they seem more personal rather than rushed.

Waiting time was too long. The reception staff seemed not organized. There were people who did not make appointment kept popping in to see a doctor but they were still sent in before the one who scheduled to see the doctor. I don't think I trust the doctor's diagnosis. Her speaking in English was difficult to understand. The clinic she recommended was very incompetent so I needed to search my own.

Communication in the English language is difficult! They made me come in and pay a co pay for blood test results that were normal. She seems not to empathize or really care about the patient. It's more about getting paid for an office visit. Won't be returning.

Dr. Hwang-ki is keen on listening to her patients needs and does her best in resolving what their problems are. The impression that I had after visiting her office is that she really cares about the well being of her patients. She has a very pleasant attitude and hence highly recomended. She is excellent at what she does.

All staffs and phlebotomy are nice too. They are caring patient with warm heart.
