She earned her medical degree in 1991 at the institutes of medical sciences in Annaba, Algeria. Dr. Amsler went into the cardiovascular field after obtaining her degree as a cardiologist in 1995. After moving to the US in 2002, she did her residency in Internal medicine at Mountainside hospital in Montclair, New Jersey. As a physician, she has learned to deal with all aspects of healthcare and focuses on prevention as well as taking care of chronic diseases. She sees patients as a whole dealing with their physical ailments as well as their emotional being. Dr. Amsler treats every patient like a member of her family; with respect and compassion.
