The receptionist were rude and the office was over crowded. I waited an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment and the doctor literally spoke to me for less then 5 min dismissing my concerns and basically just said if the medicine I give you doesn’t work there’s nothing I can do I’m definitely getting a second opinion.

Dr. Cui was very kind in taking care of my condition. I was embarrassed to have the severe acne problem at the 30s, but he made me feel at home. However, the other day I saw Dr. Chen, she made me feel I was so dumb about having the skin problem ( allergy) . Overall, the office staff are very nice to accept me as a walk-in patient 10 minutes before they close due to my urgent allergy condition :)

Dr Cui and his staff were so warm patient accommodating and even funny. I need to have a problem edited and they were so amazing making sure I was comfortable and at ease. He's a definitely a master of his trade. I will refer him to anyone and everyone who asks for a dermatology recommendation.

He treated my acnes, and removed some moles on my neck few years back. A great doctor, however, once he started going cosmetic direction, the visit charge went up a lot more.

Very bad. I spent 1 min in his office and he just saw my scar on my leg and said it's not curable. That's it. But they overcharged me for the doctor visit even though I have insurance.

I paid a lot of money and they did not accept my insurance so all thay money came from my personal savings just to get a small light pink/red birth mark on my cheek removed but after 7 months of treatment the mark did not go away . When he told me the price it felt very expensive right away. I didn't not imagine a little spot can cost the same as my 2 bedroom apartments rent in New York. I only saw the doc 1 time during the first consultation. After my treatment I wanted to talk to the doc but I was not allowed to and they told me wait 6 months to 1 year for the mark to fade . I waited 1 year and it did not. They took my money and took 1 year and 7 months from my life with false hope of recovery . This was a total scam to me because I did not get anything . The laser treatments were painful. I didn't read the reviews on yelp before going to this place to see this doc. He has horrible reviews on yelp. People don't go to acuiderm or to see this man . I want my money back or do additional treatments on me to make the mark go for good from my face .
