Jill was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and overwhelmingly kind. She went well beyond the requirements of the appointment I had made with her, providing me with a flu shot I had kept forgetting and referring me to another professional whose services she trusted for mental health care. She made it clear that she cared about my well-being not because she had to for the sake of the appointment, but because it is in her nature to care. I truly have not had a more positive experience in all the 21 years I've seen various doctors.
