I didn't really appreciate her office manner this time. She had a scribe with her and was rude and more concerned about if the scribe was documenting and listening. She was cold and not interested in what I had to say or my concerns. I really like her but maybe she was having an off day.

Easy to find, very welcoming and friendly staff, and Dr. Harmat was extremely honest, helpful and comforting. I wish I could see her more! But happy to not have to. Out of all of my UH visits, this was the best. By far.

My experience with the doctor was great. I had to wait 25 minutes upon arrival just to check in, however. The front desk staff (of one) was overwhelmed with phone calls and was not able to check in patients in a timely manner.
Also, I checked in online via ZocDoc the night before my appointment, but had to give all of the information over again at the time of my visit. The receptionist stated that none of the online information that I submitted was available to her, so the process had to be repeated.

Dr. Harmat is very personable and is a great doctor. She spends time learning about you and really wants to connect with you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor for themselves or their families. She is not like most doctors nowadays who just cares about quantity - she focuses on quality of patient care and wants you to be healthy.
