Had to wait an hour to see the doctor. Yet the office waiting room was empty. After my consultation, I had to walk through the offices to find someone to check me out. Great doctor, so so service from office staff.

Dr. Ostrager seemed warm and willing to answer any questions. The office staff was not so friendly or organized. I heard several of them complaining loudly about the work they were doing. That gave the whole place a negative feel. It wasn't the cleanest or happiest of offices. Even the nurse who took my blood seemed to be fumbling a bit when she came in the room. I didn't feel my most comfortable.

This was my second time at the office and I was again taken immediately. The office is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Ostrager is very thorough and offers great advice. She has excellent bedside manner and I am very comfortable with her. Highly recommend her and her staff.

She was great. She took 5-10min with me before she examined me to go over family medical history, lifestyle, and anything I may have been particularly concerned about. She was very helpful and professional. I would recommend her to friends and family in the area.

Dr ostrager was a wonderful doctor. Very professional and spent the majority of the appointment with me, rather than a nurse. She even called me herself with my blood test results. Really impressed with her and her staff.

I'd some tests with other doctors and asked them to forward them to Dr. Ostrager. Her office told me they didn't receive them but the doctors I called said they were send. I tried to straighten this out with her receptionist but she was rude and not listening to what I was saying. I would never go back to that office again.

Great visit! Was taken at my appointment time, which was quite refreshing. Dr. Ostrager was very friendly and sat with me in her office before we began the exam - she asked my questions and allowed me time to ask questions as well. Everything was very efficient and quick.

I just moved to the area and tried her. Excellent first appointment. The appointment started on time. She spent a good deal of time with me (walking through family history, my own history, etc.). She made good recommendations and was very friendly and personable. This was my first appointment (and just a general health screening) - but it was an excellent start.

She took time and listened and wanted to know about my family background and medical history and wasn't just trying to run me through the system. She also seemed very knowledgeable.
