The staff was friendly and attentive. A big kudos to the woman who took my blood today. She was so patient with me (I was nervous) and took the time to find a vein. It didn’t hurt like it normally does!

Annual Physical was extremely detailed. Office staff very nice. Check in process easy. Seen right away. Feedback- During the appt confirmation call the office should let the patient know if the doctor will not be available and you will be seen by someone else.

I thought her front desk was efficient, the PA was knowledgeable and professional and Dr. Jill was empathetic, thorough, and followed up with me re: the test results and other matters. I have 2 daughters and a friend who have now become her patients. I also had a visit with her husband and partner, Dr. Stephen, and he was also terrific!

Jill Sisselman was incredibly rude. She refused to authorize an xray for my chiropractic care with the exact words 'Why would I authorize an xray for this if I was going to get you an xray id refer you to an orthopedist' I told her that showering usually exhausts me and i have trouble breathing, to which she replied 'taking a shower isn't exerting, exercise is exertion.'

This was my first time at this practice and I definitely will be returning. I went in for my annual physical and Dr. Jill Sisselman was professional, thorough and took her time with me, answering any questions I had. The rest of the staff was pleasant, friendly and just as thorough. Bonus: the woman who took my blood in the lab was gentle and i have no bruising (something I've had bad experiences with in the past at different offices).

Dr. Jill Sisselman was very sweet as was her assistant, whose name I should have gotten so I could let her know I appreciated her professionalism. I went for my first physical in many years and was not made to feel bad for neglecting my health. I love love love that they do blood work and other tests in the office. The thing that is always a problem in all doctor's offices is that the front desk people could be a tad friendlier. I also should not have had to fill paperwork out twice since I already did it on ZocDoc, but Dr. Sisselman acknowledged that this should not have happened so I appreciate that.

It was my first appointment at this office and my experience was extremely positive.The office was very understanding of the fact that I was a little late due to terrible traffic and accommodated my late arrival in their stride. All the personnel with whom I had contact were professional and courteous and I would have no hesitation recommending this practice.
