Dr Gao was friendly and attentive. I did not feel rushed during my appointment with her. She was very thorough when reviewing my chart, asking me questions and adding information wherever needed.
The front desk staff and nurse were friendly as well.
She was also able to provide me with a referral and other medical related paperwork without any hassle.

What really stood out to me was how thorough Dr. Gao was. Instead of rushing through the appointment, Dr. Gao took the time to ask a lot of detailed questions about my health history, my lifestyle, and any small concerns I had. I felt like she genuinely wanted to get a complete and accurate picture of my well-being, not just check boxes.

Dr. Gao was wonderful. It can be tough to find a doctor that actually takes the time to discuss your medical concerns but she clearly really listens and cares to help find the best route forward. Whether for routine visits or more serious concerns, I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Gao was so warm, compassionate, and welcoming - hands down, the best experience I've had going to the doctor's office, especially because negative experiences had kept me from going to the doctor's in the past. Dr. Gao was thoughtful and professional in carrying out my check-up, holding space for my medical challenges and concerns, and exploring next steps with me. Colette, who works with Dr. Gao, was also so kind and skilled in assisting with the check-up, and with good humor as well.
I didn't know going to the doctor could be such a positive experience.
To feel seen and heard without any judgment or bias in a medical setting is such a gift - and I'm so grateful to be able to continue as a patient with Dr. Gao and Colette.
