Very kind, asked good questions, and seemed most interested in hearing what I was concerned about. Didn't rush things at all, which sometimes seems to be the case. We'll see how good the web services are that allow you to ask questions/find info online, but in terms of first impressions Dr. Chen was great.

We saw a medical student first, as this is a teaching hospital. Both doctors were courteous, friendly, punctual, and we enjoyed our interaction. In addition, Dr. Chen speaks fluent Mandarin, which made communication with my mother much easier.

The visit was good. The front desk and staff was very nice and checked me in right away. I had to wait a little bit for the doctor. Doctor Chen is very nice and knowledgeable.

I found Dr. Chen to be professional, articulate, intelligent, and empathic. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and gave excellent after care instructions. I've asked him to be my Primary Care Physician and would highly recommend him to family members and friends.
