It was a relaxed atmosphere. The doctor listened to every thing I had to say. Was very professional when discussing my situation. Gave great advice and she told me to come back in one month. Which was very appropriate in this instance.

I highly recommend Dr. Paoletti and her services! I needed to find a new doctor who accepted my insurance and I am so glad I came across this practice. The office is brand new and clean. The doctor addressed all of my concerns and was extremely friendly. I am so glad to have found a new doctor with years of experience and amazing bedside manner.

Extremely quick visit for new patients maybe like 7 minutes. The provider listened and took notes but really didn't say much. Prescribed mediation and said see you in a month

Rescheduled twice and on the day of appointment (video) was unavailable without notice.
Also on first appointment she billed a 45 minutes visiti while the zoom was barely 15 min and was left with no direction or follow up instructions. I took it upon myself to book a follow up where she never showed up (after rescheduling twice) Terrible experience and incredible unprofessional behavior.

Very good. We were only looking for someone to help manage my sons meds, which have been established before, and the doctor was perfect. Asked enough questions to be engaged and interested but also didn't make us jump through hoops we've jumped through for years.
