Dr. Joanna Angeles was awesome! She was a great communicator and educator. I learned so much about eye health during my appointment that I was never taught before. She was patient and responsive with my eye exam. She really listened to me and ensured that I left with all my questions answered! Highly recommend.
For reference: I am a 28 y.o. caucasian woman (pronouns she/her). I have worn contacts/ glasses for over 10 years and this is by far the best eye exam experience I have had. I am near sighted and my vision has gradually worsened over time.

The office is a little confusing when you first enter because they also see children but after I checked in I was seen right away, first by an assistant who ran all the tests then by Dr. Angeles, who was very friendly and informative. Overall a great experience, would recommend. Also received excellent customer service from Brandon Cuyun who helped me to purchase a pair of sunglasses.

Dr. Angeles took the time to ask questions and understand my particular situation well. She stuck to her recommendation on both visits that I should be wearing sport goggles and much to my surprise her office had far better options than what I found online.

This was our first visit and was booked after looking to establish care with a new provider. The office itself is modern enough in appearance, the pre screening testing equipment seemed updated, though closely placed making it feel over efficient, too tight.
The staff throughout were professional and friendly overall. Dr. Angeles was able to both provide exceptional care and be engaging as well.
There is a busy pediatric practice here so be aware as parents and young children resonate, which perhaps creates higher energy environmental situations at times. We will be back as our experiences were excellent overall. Thanks KH, Sept 2023

This was my first eye exam and I had an amazing experience! Dr. Angeles is so kind and communicated every step of the exam. I didn't feel rushed — I felt completely comfortable and laughed so much during my visit. Dr. Angeles found I had an astigmatism and sent me to Dario to pick my first pair of glasses.
Dario helped me select a really cool pair of frames and walked through my insurance, getting me the best deal possible. There was another staff member I wasn't formally introduced to, but this person along with Dario hyped me up when I tried on my chosen frames. I felt so cool in my surprisingly very affordable Ray Bans! I also appreciate the diversity of the office staff.

Very friendly but super-professional staff. I would definitely recommend this office to others. It was a very positive experience for me. I felt very well taken care of. The most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my life. And Dr Angeles patiently explained everything.

Dr. Angeles was very kind and willing to hear out all of my concerns.
As we wrapped up our appointment and began exiting the examination room, I thought of another question I had and she was happy to sit back down with me to discuss it.
Also, when I arrived, I overheard her plans to grab coffee after our appointment -- yet, I did not feel rushed at all and she took her time to do a proper job.
