I’ve been coming to the Eye Care Center since I was a little girl and usually is seen by Dr. Gharamandi . Waiting room staff and nurses were great ! However the visit from the Dr Banual was the shortest visit I’ve ever had. He seemed like he was rushing me and was trying to get to the next person. Not sure if it was because I was young African American female but I had real concerns that I wanted to talk to a professional about. He kind of disregarded my concerns to tell me everything was fine and told me I need to improve my hygiene and do better after I told him I went on vacation and accidentally slept in my contacts a night . I no longer felt comfortable asking about the symptoms I’ve been experiencing after that and had to make another appt with my regular doctor as Dr B. did not satisfy my concerns . To me he has no social skills as a physician due to his remarks and his urgency to move to the next client from the time he walked in.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Banuwal and his office. Dr. Banuwal's great personality and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease during my visit. His extensive experience in optometry was evident as he expertly addressed my eye health concerns. What stood out was his attentive listening, allowing me to discuss any misunderstandings I had about my eye health. He patiently answered all my questions and encouraged an open dialogue. Moreover, I appreciated how he valued my time; appointments were punctual and appropriately timed. Dr. Banuwal and his team provide top-notch care, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and patient-centered approach.
