Nice doctor, to be honest the appointment felt rushed through when she came in, understandably she was behind schedule and had other patients to see, and It also was an evening appointment so I don’t fault her. She was still thorough and still made me feel comfortable and like she really cared. Overall I am satisfied with the visit and I will keep her as my primary.

I got to the office at 11:20 for an 11:30 appointment. I didn't see a nurse for 50 minutes and then had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. So, I ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half for the doctor. She ended up talking to me for all of 5-10 minutes before sending me on my way with some over the counter pain meds. I felt like she was rushing my appointment to squeeze in as many other patients as she could. I doubt I'd come back here.

Dr. Kusmirek is great! I did have to wait about 30 minutes before I was taken back (and another 30 minutes until she came in to see me.) That said, it was worth the wait. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. One comment is that it did take her over 24 hours to return my phone call about blood work results (and inconsistencies, which of course I wanted to discuss with her right away.)

This was my first visit at this practice. Dr. Kusmirek, office staff and medical assistants were extremely courteous, kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed. Dr, Kusmirek took time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Wait time was minimal.

This was probably my 5th appointment with Dr. Kusmirek and it will definitely be my last. I never thought she was outstanding or anything, but was good enough for yearly physicals and prescription refills. This time, I had some legitimate concerns I wanted to discuss with her. I showed up 10 minutes early and wasn't called back until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once in the exam room, she rushed me through everything and didn't give me a chance to actually describe what I was there for. She actually cut me off twice when I was describing my symptoms, and was totally disorganized. She even looked at my throat then forgot she already did and did it again! This was one of the worst experiences and I'm never returning.
