This was my observation during my last visit.
Apparently a main system software release was made without notice or training to employees using the system.
Surprise to staff on a Monday morning!!
The nurses and office personnel were stumbling to understand the software changes such as different screens, different fields, interface etc..
If my observation is true, what happened to the management representative? The release and notification of changes?
It seems to me management is responsible to notify those affected by the system changes.
Management is responsible for providing the infrastructure, training and support necessary to maintain the requirements of the Quality Management System.
It must be extremely frustrating to work under pressure with unknown tools.... not fair to your employees.

This was a virtual visit since that is all Zocdoc offers for this person at the moment. I would have preferred an office visit for the first time meeting, but Dr K was good to speak with and said there were office visits available. We chatted about medical issues. I will call and get my next appointment in office depending on how Covid 19 is trending. I don’t know if Zocdoc offers “in office visits” because the organization that this doctor works for has an extremely long phone wait to get an appointment.
