I was very happy with my first visit. I was seen mostly by a nurse practitioner but the Doc also came it and was VERY helpful. She recommended some other docs for other problems I was having and I still felt like generally it was a quick and thorough appointment.
The reason I took down points, ignoring the interesting state of the place, when I went back for my annual follow up two weeks later, unclear if I needed to go based on my results, no one was there, the doorman next door said may be on vacation and is never on time, AND their voicemail was full.

Nothing helped coming with pain. I told prescription electronically sent but pharmacy have nothing after hours. Called dr office on hold half in hour twice. No one picked up. Don’t know what to do.
