I saw nurse practitioner Caroline.. I'm sorry, I don't remember her last name! She was wonderful. Professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. The medical assistant was good, and the office staff were all nice. And there was also only a wait of about two minutes! I am very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

Dr. Jodi Holbrook was born in Dixon, Illinois. She attended Northern Illinois University for her undergraduate education. She attended medical school at the University of Iowa, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Florida in Tampa Florida. During her residency she served as Chief Resident, received the James Ingram Research Award, and was chosen to be a part of the President’s Circle of Excellence at Tampa General Hospital.
Dr. Holbrook has practiced in the Rockford area since 1992. She has received the “Best Doctors of America” award. This honor was bestowed upon her by fellow practicing physicians in the area.
Dr. Holbrook founded Cornerstone Clinic in 1996.
