Dr. Jacob was amazing. The nurse that walked me into the examination room seem bothered and rude. She asked me to pay my co-pay during the prescreening. This could have been handled more tastefully during my signing in and/or after the examination. Did not feel like a patient but more a customer at a fast-food drivethrough at this point.
Would definitely go back for Dr. Jacob though. He was great!

I was pretty nervous about having my first physical in many years and Dr. Jacob couldn’t have been better. He was very generous with his time and was sure to address any and all concerns before ending the appointment. He is knowledgeable and attentive and I would recommend him highly.

I felt he was thorough in his examaniation, he was even better in walking me through every question or concern I had. He was also very good in following up with me and making sure I understood and felt comfortable with his management of care for me.
I recommend Dr. Jacob to everyone I know.

Dr. Jacob is one of the best primary care physicians I have had. His checkups are not rushed, he takes time to really listen and throughly explain any prescriptions and plans he wants me to follow. He truly cares for his patients and it's very easy to see.
I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a great PCP.

Dr Joel Jacob is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He was prompt in seeing me, and was able to prescribe me medication based on what was needed. His office is able to draw blood, run flu tests, and generally can meet my needs. They are very accommodating if I ever need to re-schedule an appointment, they make sure to follow up. I would certainly recommend him.
