Entire staff was great, attentive, and accommodated me very nicely after having to reschedule twice. Doctor K was super nice, friendly, and I was in and out under 45min. Excellent experience.

Doctor is great, but the office is not. You get a different story every time you call. I had an ultrasound and was told to call in a week. Then told to call in another week. In another week told I’d have to make an appointment to get results. Fine, but state that several calls back. I will be switching practices as an experience with a doctor is only as good as his staff’s professionalism. And I still have no results from my tests.

this feedback is about digestive medicine Coral gables. I would not recommend digestive medicine at all. they have a long wait time, they don't have appointments available and they don't have all the facilities to carry out different procedures. You will end up paying 1000s ok dollars even if you have your medical insurance. Its been 2-3 months when I first visited this place and still paying medical bills for endoscopy. Every week they send me a new bill. Their call center gets connected rarely. Please be sure to ask all the charges they are gonna put on your account before hand

The visit was okay, but I left not wanting to go back for my checkup. I felt a bit rushed during the appointment. He also prescribed a medication to me immediately and didn't fully respond to my questions about exploring other options. The person who checked me out at the front desk was also rushing me and didn't provide me with pamphlets and information the doctor told me to get from her. Overall, not a great experience.

Dr. K was nice but his staff is incompetent and gives extremely poor service. I needed my prescription changed due to new insurance, a simple task, and it took a MONTH of calling, being transferred and being hung up on. The prescription still hasn't been ordered, so I may just have eternal heartburn.

I was referred to Dr Castaneda because the front desk staff referred to him. I received services from Dr Castaneda and he is a good professional. The only one problem was that the appointment was due at 10.00 am and I waited for more than 2 hours.
