His staff was very friendly and the process they took was extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Burrell took the extra time to explain why diabetes affects the eyes, and this is the easiest way to see what is going on with the rest of your body. I learned more about the eye in this one visit, than all the other times I've gotten an eye exam!

Dr Burrell was very professional and welcoming. He spent a lot of time with us, and explained everything he was doing for it was my daughters first eye exam. Our family has found a new eye Doctor!

I haven't had an eye exam in a long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Burrell was very nice and explain everything we were doing. It was a very comfortable atmosphere and not stressful at all. He listened to all my questions and I would definitely suggest people give him a visit!

Upon arriving at each appointment, I am always greeted kindly by the employee at the front desk, and she is diligent in checking my insurance and personal information. I am always brought back for my appointment within minutes of my arrival. Dr. Burrell is very thorough in his check-ups, and makes sure to carefully check through any problems I am expressing. In doing so at one particular visit, he was able to find a serious issue that I was having. Had it been overlooked, the worsening condition would have caused me to slowly lose my vision. His kindness and bedside manner to keep me calm during that time. Once my check-ups are complete, I see an employee that handles my billing, and also assists me in choosing new frames. She always picks out styles that suit me, and sees through each new pair until the end to be sure that the prescription and fit come out perfectly. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a new eye doctor.

Dr. Burrell has always given a very thorough exam for every member of our family. My daughter was told from a previous eye care facility that she needed glasses. Every time she wore them she was getting headaches. I took her to Dr. Burrell & did not mention anything about eye glasses for another opinion. Turns out she did not need eyeglasses, and has not needed them for the past 3 years! I have recommended several friends to Dr. Burrell.
