About Dr. Jonathan Fabriziani
Dr. Jonathan Fabriziani grew up in Bucks County and attended La Salle College High School. He then went on to Villanova University, where he excelled as a student-athlete playing baseball and majored in Comprehensive Science at the prestigious College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He earned All-Academic Big East Honors all four years. Dr. Fabriziani was accepted into the #1 ranked optometric program in the world, a cohort of 10 students at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he received honors every year. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Villanova University.
Dr. Fabriziani completed rotations at Wyomissing Optometric Center, Pennsylvania College Pediatrics, Pennsylvania College Primary Care, and Salem VA Hospital. He achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA in all four rotations while serving as a student doctor. He trained with optometrists and ophthalmologists managing advanced disease cases and treated traumatic brain injury patients during his PCO rotation. Dr. Fabriziani excelled at contact lens fittings at WCO, which remains one of his primary focuses in practice today.
At Fab Eye Care Center, Dr. Fabriziani sees patients full time, providing routine and medical eye exams. His areas of interest include complex contact lens fits, premium IOL consultations in coordination with Dr. James Lewis, macular degeneration detection, and glaucoma management. He was trained in Light Adjustable IOL education and post-op adjustment fitting.
Dr. Fabriziani is a member of the Chester-Delaware Optometric Society and the Pennsylvania Optometry Association. He is active in the community and helps advance the eye care field through cutting-edge technologies and procedures. He is also involved in the young professionals group in Phoenixville.
Lastly, Dr. Fabriziani founded the dry eye program at Fab Eye Care, introducing the latest practice patterns and treatments such as MiboFlow, Regenereyes, and IPL.

Dr John saw me same-day for emergency eye pain and easily diagnosed my issue (contact lens resistance) and facilitated an eyeglass exam and treatment for my eyes. He is thorough and caring and knows what he’s doing. And he connected with me as a person, which many doctors don’t. That is very reassuring.

Dr. Fab had great bedside manners. He was polite but also listened and heard everything I had concerns about. I appreciated the time he spent with me and I did not feel rushed. What an amazing experience. I don’t typically have eye issues nor need glasses so I rarely go to the eye doctor. I recently had an issue with my one eye and wanted to see an OD. After doing some research, I went to see Dr. Jon. He was amazing. He listened and helped me discover what was worth and found a good plan for me to recover. Though he was far from my home; it was worth it to see him. What a great doctor!
