I came in with pain and came out feeling good. The entire staff and Dr. Milani completely professional, thorough, snd pleasant. Thank you all!
Dr. Milano and his Physicians asst were very friendly, communicated excellently and were professional.
Mostly talked to a PA. Spent very little time with the doctor. Hardly had a chance to tell him about my injury or what I wanted. He seemed nice in the few minutes I talked to him. Wouldn't go back if he wasn't a workers comp referral.
I like that he was thorough And gave me options to surgery and his staff was nice thanks Dr. Mililani
Dr Milani is a great doctor. I have full confidence in him.
He was very kind and informative. Answered all of my questions and was patient with me.
Dr Milani was very good, he took the time to explain the cause for my back pain and the alternative courses of action without being in a rush.
Very professional, thorough and caring.
So far I'm impressed, and happy with my first visit to this office. The staff was professional and exhibited great customer service. I liked Dr. Milani' and his PA's bedside manner. It would have been nice to discuss options for pain management until further diagnosis could have been done but other than it was a great visit, and I'm sure I'll like him as much as I liked my previous Orthopedic surgeon.
This was my first visit. We have only begun to determine the reason for my visit. An MRI is being ordered. After that I will know more about the doctor. He was very pleasant and his medical assistant and the person who showed me to the examine room, Rita, was very nice. The X-ray fella was also very nice and pleasant to talk with. I was totally comfortable.
Dr. Milani was very patient and answered all my questions.
Dr. Milani and his PA and X-Ray tech were efficient, courteous, and efficient. All seemed to know their business well. Wait time was too long, which seems to be a problem in many medical facilities.
It was very professional and he explained everything to me in a way i could understand
He is very friendly and diagnose properly with time. Discuss in details and recommend good treatment.
Excellent doctor and PA-very helpful and knowledgeable.
I was not very happy. This doctor was not very understanding. I know I am morbidly obese but he didn't take the time to listen that this has been a life long battle. He made the statement that people in life rafts lose weight and miners trapped in mines lose weight. I guess this was suppose to be motivation to starve my self to lose weight. This is not the encouragement I needed. And this was after a very pleasant PA spent most of the time with me and Dr Millani spent 10 Min. I know I will be finding a different practice!!!
Rita, the MA, was great, as well as his PA and Dr. Milani was fantastic. They were quick, efficient and most of all friendly. I will definitely keep driving from Grapevine to see them
I was very pleased with his mannerism and detailed information he provided. I highly recommend him.
These good folks probably were overwhelmed with me but you couldn't see it in the way they conducted and communicated with me during my visit.Dr Milani has put my broken body together more than once since way back in 1986, Ive been out and about traveling and have NEVER come close to finding a more knowledgeable Dr than he and because of that throughout the years I always end up rolling my busted butt back to him because those other Docs do a 70 percent job in your care where Dr Milani will care and push himself and his staff too 110 percent. Those other docs out there can cause you more harm than good. Thanks Doc for keeping me rolling for 34 years !
Helpful. Showed genuine interest and very willing to answer questions. Attentive and willing to listen which is very important to me.
he did my back surgery which has been great so I came back to him because I new he would get right on trying to resolve where this new pain may be coming from!
My son who went with me to the dr. and I were both very impressed with the doctor who did not seem to be in a hurry and explained everything to us in great detail.
I liked the way he explained everything in detail to me. I trust him. Now I need surgery . Ask me again in a month.
Very thorough with explanations and details, and did not rush the visit. Very personable.
Very friendly and heplful to answering all questions.
He is a wonderful doc and had a great plan for my treatment.
Dr. Milani was nice and informative about what was going on, and about how the surgery would go. I feel very safe about him doing my surgery.
First impressions make a big difference to me and my impression of Dr. Milani was very good.
Very knowledgeable and caring attune with me.
He was very nice and very professional. Very helpful!!
Dr Milani took the time to explain test results and the next step we should take to correct the numbness in my right hand.
Overall went pretty well minus having to fill out their paper work after I already filled out on Zoc Doc... They did call me to tell me that Zoc's version was not compatible with theirs.
Very informative- took time and care to make sure I understood diagnosis and options for treatment.
Very friendly and efficient
