There’s something about her that is so reassuring and “human” for a lack of better words. Telling everyone I know that they should switch to her for their primary care!! The provider’s bedside manner was amazing! Front staff interaction wasn’t as warm as I’d like initially but it got a little better when vitals were taken and next appointment scheduled. I’ll still go as I felt the PA truly cared and was listening.

Office waited until the evening before my early morning appointment to notify me, by text, that they don’t do what I was being seen for after having made the appointment over 2 weeks ago. I immediately replied and got no response leaving me in limbo the morning of and waisted an entire day of work that I had to take off to accommodate appt. TOTALLY unprofessional!

Definitely recommend Alysa! I moved to Texas recently and was needing a new PCP, I wasn’t sure who to choose so I went with Alysa on ZocDoc! I went to her for my yearly women’s exam and she was great!! Cared to ask me questions about my life, answered all my questions, and reassured me throughout the appt!

Doctor rushed me and I was not able to fully communicate concerns during my annual physical. This was my first time at this location. One of the concerns I was able to tell her about, she dismissed as I should just eat healthier. No more specific or helpful advice was given. Doctor made a lot of smalltalk through the visit and there was not really a chance for me to talk about my worries about my health. She did not communicate with me about further visits, what would be advised after blood work results came in, etc. Overall, it was a very quick, rushed visit. I did not feel listened to at all. I will not be returning in the future for my annual physicals.
