This is only my second visit with the Dr. He seems attentive and seems to want to find answers and help diagnose my issues. The office is tough to get a hold of, have waited 30 minutes on hold just to get sent over to the answering machine. Did this 3 times and have only been called back once. I make appts through ZocDoc. I like Dr. Clair, the office staff needs some work. Hopefully that will work itself out. The office manager did talk to me about my issues. I will go back.

Was my first visit so I'm a bit apprehensive to give all 5 stars. He seems to be knowledgeable, listened to what I had to say, seems like he wanted to help and biggest of all, didn't dismiss my concerns as previous Dr.'s have done. I'll do another review after a few more visits.
