Dr. Richmond has been in practice for over 50 years. He earned his Bachelor's and his medical degree at West Virginia University. He completed his internal medicine internship at Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. He then went on active duty in the Navy Medical Corps from July of 1975 to June of 1978. While on active duty, he served as a Flight Surgeon and Aerospace Medicine Specialist. He continued in the Navy Reserves until 1980, while completing his Internal Medicine residency and his Nephrology fellowship at the University of Virginia - Charlottesville.
Dr. Richmond proudly welcomes new patients in the Greater Dalton area and beyond.
In his spare time, Dr. Richmond enjoys traveling and building model trains.
