Dr. Deuel received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. He completed his residency at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center, Johnson City, NY, in 1998.
His professional experience includes practicing in Pennysylvania, New York, Korea and Arizona. He holds board certifications with the National Board of Osteopathic Examiners and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Deuel is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is licensed in New York and Arizona.
