Rosa and staff were very friendly and thorough. They explained everything in a manner that is understandable to nonmedical patients. She covered more health data with me than my previous doctor of 15 years ever did.

I hadn’t been to a PCM in about two years so the office environment was very welcoming, very homey, and not super flashy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even asked if i wanted a bottle of water. I was seen right away by Rosa & a peer. Both were gentle, open about their work/experience, and really took the time and care to listen to all my questions. Definitely felt “seen” by a healthcare professional who understands the basic needs in health & rather than having an agenda to push for medications really trying to go through all & other options first.
