I am a clinical neuropsychologist and learning specialist who is available for therapy/coaching sessions. Specialties include Parent coaching and Life coaching. Currently no insurance is accepted. I have a holistic approach that utilizes cognitive re-framing, behavioral modification and mindfulness practices. Cognitive re-framing uses cognitive behavioral techniques to identify and extinguish maladaptive thought patterns. Behavioral modification is used to optimize behavior patterns. Last, mindfulness practices are essential for identifying and maintaining optimal thought and behavior patterns. There are many different ways to practice mindfulness and working together we can uncover the path that works best for you.
