I got there a bit early and was seen on time. Dr. Hefferon has a good manner, asked questions, took his time, and gave a thoughtful preliminary diagnosis. I have to wait for some test results , but preliminarily I feel very positive about the experience.

I had gone to a doctor before about this injury and received a wrong diagnosis. Dr hefferon was accurate, helpful, & actually cared. He didn't go straight to muscle relaxers or pain pills he's taking time to get information on my body & situation before jumping into a surgery. He is a lifesaver. I'd truly recommend him to anyone in pain.

Dr. Hefferon was great. He explained very clearly what was wrong with my knee. I trust him and would go back again.
The appointment lasted 5 minutes. He was cold and not very receptive. Didn't give change for questions or doubts.
Warm and incredibly profession from the reception to the nurse, to the x-ray tech and especially the doctor!
