Dr Hoey was kind and considerate, he was not as pill happy as many physicians . Seemed more reserved prescribing medications that can potentially cause patients harm. Encouraged a more holistic approach with lifestyle modifications such as food choices and regular exercise .

Dr. Hoey is very thorough and he listens with a kind heart. He has been the best primary doctor I have ever visited. Atlanticare is the best medical facility with the most inclusive care. We are so lucky to have the convenience of Urgent Care, Medical & Specialist in our small town!

After several not-so-great experiences with doctors, I lost faith in medical professionals but after meeting Dr Hoey, my faith in medical professionals has been restored. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner (and a great sense of humor). He seems very genuine and sincere and and willing to help. I am so happy he is my new primary care physician.

This was by far the best doctor's appointment experience ever! Dr. Hoey and his staff are truly an amazing professional team , very thorough, courteous, and friendly. I look forward to utilizing Atlanticare in Manahawkin, NJ for all my medical and specialist patient care. Atlanticare provides the best state of the art facilities under one roof...
