I had an excellent experience at Dr. Looney's office! Dr. Looney is great, and I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients. The office staff was also all very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. The staff is very kind and friendly.
If I could change something about my most recent visit it would be to follow up with your patients regarding their lab work results.
I always find out my test/lab results via email notification from MyChart.
I have been experiencing many concerning symptoms for the last 4-5 months.
So having a nurse or doctor explain my lab results would be great.

I made my initial appointment as a new patient through ZocDoc. Apparently I was to have received paperwork from the office through the mail to bring in with me for the first visit. I never received that. There was a breakdown in communication somewhere between ZocDoc and the office.

Dr. Looney was awesome. I have been looking for a doctor that actually listens and don't get too technical with me, and Dr. Looney actually sits down and breaks things down in a way that even a toddler would get it. He seems to genuinely care about his patients.

The wait was at least a half hour after my appt, the doctor mocked my concerns about a prescription drug I'd taken after seeing another doctor, and his nurse, Nikki, was absolutely rude not just to me but to another elderly male patient. Will never be back.

I was already a patient of Dr. Looney prior to this visit. I hadn’t been back to see him in a while due to a few previous bad experiences with his office staff, and never being able to reach anyone while calling in to the office. After a trip to the ER Friday 02.07.20. I was advised to follow up with my primary doctor. I explained my issues to to the ER and they so kindly offered to contact Dr. Looney’s office Monday morning to make an appointment for me.
On Saturday night I remembered this App and checked to see about making my own appointment. I was happy to see that I could get an appointment for Monday 02.10.20 at 1:00 pm.
I would like to say how pleasantly surprised I was to see a different staff and was treated the nicest i ever was. Faith restored

Dr. Looney is my PCP and he's always been a great doctor. I don't have to wait long to see him, he listens to me when I talk to him about what's going on, and he takes into consideration my opinions regarding my treatment. To me you couldn't ask for better in a doctor.

As a new patient, there was a lot of information and medical history to be given to the doctor, and he was incredibly attentive. He was patient & thorough with the exam and listened to all of my concerns. It has been a while since I have had a primary care physician, so I truly appreciated his bedside manner & making me feel comfortable.

Excelent doctor. I was shopping for a new primary care Dr. and was refered to Dr. Looney by the Brookwood primary care helpline. Best move I have made. He is very through and listens to everything I say. Could not be more pleased with the care and service.
