Very polite and professional, from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Noack himself. The office is the first thing you see when you walk into the first floor of the building, which was great for me since I was going in for a foot injury that limited my mobility.
My Dr. Noack visits are always pleasant and educational. He and his staff of phenomenal nurses take the time to acknowledge, assist, inform, and appreciate you. I'm more than pleased and relieved that "everyone listens to me" and responds with fact (evidence-based) and options. They even know me when I phone in. That's incredible and puts me in mindset of "feeling valued" as a person and a patient.

Although my wait time was longer than I anticipated, I realized it was for a good reason after my visit w/ Dr. Noack. He took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns and questions and was very patient about having to do so. Being able to leave his office feeling reassured and at ease about the pain in my foot allowed me to get back to my normal daily activities.
I have been seeing Dr. Noack for seven years, first for an ankle sprain, and then to treat my midfoot arthritis. He is always attentive and answers all my questions thoroughly, and also has helped me avoid surgery with conservative treatments like injections!
Excellent! Great!! :-) All staff were excellent. Annie the X-ray tech was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Dr. Noack was very thorough in his evaluation & communicated all issues well. Evette was a joy to work with. Great work!
