Dr. Stainkamp and his office is a solid place to go to get your feet fixed. I originally made the reservation through ZocDoc and couldn't have been more pleased.
I made an appointment the day before and called about my insurance because it wasn't listed on ZocDoc. The receptionist was kind enough to get my insurance card in advance to check with the company to make sure I was covered so she wouldn't waste my time by having to come in and find out if it didn't work. Luckily, I was covered and I came in for an appointment.
I ended up having to get minor surgery and Dr. Stainkamp was very clear and concise on how he was going to operate. He made me feel very comfortable by explaining to me what he was using and how to proceed afterwards. All in all, a good doctor!

Dr. Stainkamp attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. for both his undergraduate and Podiatric medical degrees. He has special interests in sports medicine-especially children’s sports injuries, diabetic feet and wound care, as well as surgical foot corrections. He treats athletes from all local schools and colleges and is a team podiatrist for many baseball, football and soccer teams. Dr. Stainkamp is certified in both traditional and minimally invasive foot surgery, laser surgery, shock wave heel pain therapy and diabetic wound care.
Dr. Stainkamp encourages the use of conservative care before any surgical intervention is considered. However, if surgery should be suggested, it can be performed in his specially equipped surgical center. This is one of a few surgical centers that has a podiatric fluoroscopy system. He listens to patients and provides the best treatment plan for each patient. The staff is always attentive and helpful for all patient needs.
He has surgical privileges at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. He is also is a proud member of the American Professional Wound Care Association. Dr. Stainkamp is married and has three children.

I needed to get in on a Monday and I went online Sunday just to find a DPM. When I saw that I could make an appointment online, even better. I checked out his credentials and went for it. I am so glad I did. My Medical support is crucial to me and I now have another top-notch Doctor. Everything went very smoothly. I arrived a little early to fill out any paper work. This was my first visit. Right after I finished they took me in to the treatment room. Then the doctor came in right away. We will see if his way of doing things will fix the problem
