David Moossazadeh, D.O., is the founder of Restoring Health Medical Institute, Inc. He is a board-certified family practitioner with a passion for nutrition and natural medicine. Dr. Moossazadeh earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, and completed his residency at Dignity Health, Mercy Medical Center.
At Restoring Health, we aim to provide comprehensive medical care with an emphasis on prevention. Dr. Moossazadeh overall bedside manner, patience listening through my descriptions of my symptoms, and through assessment helped put me at ease from the get-go. It was such a weight lifted of my shoulders that my gut was right. I was given way too many meds the day prior at Urgent Care and not much explanation, including one overlooked warning they should have provided that literally kept me up all night, as they did not explain the notorious side effect of medication they prescribed. He helped ensure I had a comfort level before departing the facility.

Dr Moossazadeh was very thorough and I felt my issue was being given its proper attention and treatment. Also, one thing, I never had a doctor listen to my issues past the 1st condition that I bring up...... usually, I get.... “ok, no problem, please call in and make an appointment for the 2nd issue.

Dr. Mossazadeh was amazing! He made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me very thoroughly. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m also looking forward to coming back for some cosmetic procedures. I’ve seen Dr. Mossazadeh’s work in Botox and fillers and he has been very highly recommended for such procedures. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Mossazadeh and I will definitely be back!

I've been coming to Dr. Moossazadeh for few months now. The whole experience has been great! Been dealing with Diabetes for years now without being able to control it well. Currently my blood sugar has stabilized, I take a lot less med and my feet stopped burning. Highly recommend this doctor and clinic!

Expert consultation, vitamin shot and blood work all in one fell swoop ——- great smile? Yep. Dr Moossazadeh did a great job converting what has a prior occasion at other clinics been a pain into a positive experience. I’m very grateful for his superb expertise and care.
